Looking for an Environmentally Conscious Neighborhood where squirrels, turtles, fish and birds are you neighbor? Capron Ridge is the Place to Be!
Capron Ridge in the Viera district of Melbourne, Florida is one of the uniquest developments in all of Brevard County. Rather than make nature figure out how to survive around a new housing development the developer worked with the natural habitat. Twenty-two acres of land was reserved for Scrub Jays, Gopher Tortoise and other wildlife species. There is a 15 acre lake that winds through some of the neighborhoods.
There are seven distinctive, cohesive subdivisions within the Capron Ridge Community. The entire community is gated. It has a resort feeling with lighted tennis courts, clubhouse with fitness center, playground, hiking trails and heated pool.
