With a cap rate of 4.7% ; an average sales price of $339,000 and interest rates below 3% there has never been a better time to buy that beach home.
With local rules and regulations some properties allow a daily rental similar to a hotel often called a condo-tel. Condominiums have weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, 3-month and even yearly rental restrictions. Some are more profitable than others.
